Big brother canada is finally here!
So BB Canada premiered last night. Im a huge big brother fan and was very excited when I heard it was coming to Canada finally! And Im now kicking myself for not auditioning, oh well next year.
So here are my impressions so far:
I hate the theme music. It needs to be said. Its annoying.
Of course Im rooting for the east coasters, but one of my favorites is definitely Kat. I think she has a very good chance of winning this. An early prediction.
My least favorites? The girl who says her name all the time, boobs, tan and nerd. I want to like mama bear, but her laugh grates on my nerves. Like Rachels.
Im hoping Emmett doesn’t go home tonight but I have a feeling he will… we’ll see tonight! Well, Ill see tomorrow because I don’t have cable lol

New year, new calendar! Welcome to January 2013!
This month, Back On Pointe brings you three workout calendars: the basic version asks for one or two workouts a day, the student version asks for more while youâre on break or on the weekends, and the beginner calendar follows a 4 days on/1 day off plan. (If youâd like to make any plan a bit more challenging, add in HIIT for cardio on days of your choosing.)
Whatever plan you choose, and feel free to change whenever youâd like, the directions are simple: find the current date on the calendar, see what workout(s) it asks for, and pick one from each section listed for that date. For example, if today it says âArmsâ and âGeneral,â Iâd find an arm workout and a general workout to do today.
If youâd like to write about your experiences during the month or see how others are doing, please use the tag âBoP: Januaryâ. By all using this tag, we can see what others are doing during the month and send others encouragement along the way. Letâs all support each other on our journeys! (If youâre not on Tumblr but still use these calendars, feel free to update us on the Back On Pointe Facebook Page!)
During the month, remember that you should take as many rest days as you need, modify any workouts that you cannot do, stay hydrated, get more low-intensity cardio, and eat well.

p.s. Any of the calendars can be modified. If you are training for a half-marathon, feel free to count that as your cardio on cardio days. If youâre sore in the arms from helping a friend move, substitute a butt workout instead. Itâs all about you!
